I've created a 36"x24" poster in frame12. When I output to pdf, it comes out blank. If I shift the contents and make the width 27", the pdf comes out fine. Is there a way I can create a 36" wide pdf?

Anyone with experience in wide format printing from FM might need to know:

  • What Windows operating system?
  • What document color model (CMYK, RGB)?
  • Save-as-PDF, or Print-to-Ps and Distill?
  • Do you have both a custom PDF JobOption
and custom server "printer" instance for the size?
  • What size and resolution of any large objects on the page?
