Internal error

When open a .fm file with unstructured framemaker 2015, I keep getting an Internal error.

error message is "Internal Error 13024, 4473540, 4473834, 7600321. FrameMaker has detected a serious problem and must quit"

Can someone tell me what I need to do to correct this?

Is this happening for any FM file, or just some specific files?

Are you up to date with all of your patches for FM2015? There have been 5 patches released to date.

Otherwise, the error message is only meaningful to the Adobe engineers. Please send the the FM generated log file via the fmerror@adobe.com address,

I keep getting an Internal error for all FM file.

I have patched to version 13.0.5.547, but the error message is the same.

I will send a log file for help.
