With update 4 on Windows 10, I'm getting a hard crash during certain processing that I did not get with update 3 (or any previous version of FM). Is it safe to download and install update 3 to verify?
This crash is happening during a period of heavy, customized processing by plugins, so it is not easy to describe when it happens. These things are hard to track down. I'd just like to find out if update 4 is the cause.
First of all, It is safe to get back to the old update (Uninstall FM2019 and install FM2019 Update 3) But, Recommend you to let Adobe know about the crash by mailing your crash logs (.dmp file) to <fmerror-reports@adobe.com>.
