is there a way to copy a masterpage format from one Frame file to another?

I'd like to copy one masterpage format from one file to another.  is there a way to do this?

If all of the source document's MPs are suitable, you can do this via Import > Formats.If you need only the one page, have both docs open to Master Page View.Add a new (blank) MP in the destination document.Give it the desired name.Navigate to the source MP.Select-All, Copy, and paste into the target document.There are other trickier ways to import, but the above takes less time than explaining it.

Navigate to the source MP.
Select-All, Copy, and paste into the target document.
