We just changed the clocks ahead one hour, but my laptop did not change the time. I called IT and the IT technician fixed a setting in the BIOS to fix the time on my laptop clock. Now, I am getting a message from Framemaker that I can't use Framemaker. I tried to license Framemaker and got a message that I can't log into my Adobe account and got directed to a website. I was on hold for 30 minutes and would like to solve this using online chat, but can't find chat on the websit.
