Issue observed when images are mapped inside table content - DITA 1.2 - Framemaker 2019

I'm facing issues when I replace images inside a table and save it.

We're currently using FM 2019 with DITA 1.2 for documentation

Issue Scenario :

Fig tag is removed along with the image tag and new tag is placed which automatically prompts for the href. Once the file path is provided for the href, the image along with the frame is inserted.

This was working properly in FM 2015 but once we migrated to 2019 and followed the same process, the image inside the frame gets offset everytime we save and reopen the file

Kindly advice
