Just tried with my FF v. 48.0 and they launch fine - must be something in your environment?

These Links do not work for me (Firefox latest version, Win 7). Strange.

I just tried in in FF 49.0.1 and both links work fine there as well.

Try to open the links in Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome or any other browser on your machine (at least IE should be probably there). Do the links open there? If not, you might want to ask your admin if some firewall setting blocking you.

Jeff, Stefan, thank you for helping. Tried it in another network, now it was working and I downloaded the manual.
