need to download Frame 12 to reinstall on a new machine,

i need to install Frame 12 and i need to find the download but Adobe keeps taking me in a run around.

Can someone give me a link to download FrameMaker 12. I have a serial number.

Depending on how it was licensed, you may be able to find the original download media through the Adobe account ID that purchased it or through the Adobe licensing server - licensing.adobe.com

That's not going to work - those are just patches, not the base install versions.
