No content in CHM output

While I can successfully process CHM, HTML5, and Basic HTML from the Publish pod in Fm 2019, I can't see any content in the CHM file. It shows the bookmarks, but not the content of the topics themselves. The HTML5 and  Basic HTML both work as expected.

Anyone else seen this?

A shout out to both Rick Stone and Peter Grainge for a post made in the RoboHelp forum...

CHM will not display content when viewed across a network connection. As soon as I moved my existing CHM to my C drive, everything worked as expected.

Moral of the story: If you produce CHM, don't set your default output location to a network drive.

IIRC there's some jiggery-pokery you can do to your server to enable CHM content to display, but that's usually out of the range of expectations for people to do. Antique output format indeed! 😂

Yeah, the actual moral of the story is

"Beware any format that looks like it was last updated for Win 98"
