I am going crazy trying to insert a screenshot into my FrameMaker document. When I insert the .tiff image, the quality of the image becomes pixelated and cheap looking. Any ideas on how I can fix this? The file is 973 KB.

It looks better but I am still not satisfied with it. You don't suppose there is an Adobe product that I can edit the .pdf image in before inserting into FrameMaker? NEWTOADOBE

What size, resolution and format tiff? If it's indexed color, expect it to have problems.

What happens downstream in the PDF is further subject to job options.

Hey Jennifer:

I poked around a little on the Tech Smith site, and am wondering if either of these articles will help.

Snagit (Windows): Effect of changing DPI on capture quality – TechSmith Support

Snagit (Windows): Images are blurry or fuzzy – TechSmith Support

It looks like they offer tech support as well: TechSmith Support

Photoshop can edit the TIFF.
