Set File > Open... to default to *.book

Whenever I click File > Open... it defaults to showing me All FrameMaker Documents.  99% of the time I want to open the *.book file and nothing else.  Since I use only one folder for my *.fm, *.book, and *.mif files, it's always a scrolling affair to find the *.book file.  Either that or manually change the Files Of Type: setting.

Is there a way to make File > Open... default to *.book ?

No, there isn't. However, if you have Type showing as a column in your file explorer window, you can sort on that and the book file will be the first in the list.
