When my FrameMaker2015 creates an AcrobatDC PDF, the output is sprinkled randomly with multiple blank pages, sometimes several in a row. How can I prevent this?

How are you creating the PDF - SaveAsPDF or printing and distilling? If using the SaveAsPDF route, are you using the RGB or CMYK option? Which joboptions file for Distiller was specified? What was on the empty pages - only text or some graphics (what kind)?

I am using Save As PDF, with the RGB option. I fear I know nothing about any Distiller or any "joboptions" file, the only settings I know anything about are in Format>Document>PDF Setup. Virtually every other page in my generated PDFs is blank, containing only the page background and nothing whatever else.

Hi,
I had a set of PDFs delivered from my translation service this morning and a few of the languages had random blank pages added to the end of files in the books. The DTP department figured out that if you update the book (TOC, Index, etc.) and then immediately generate the PDF there is that problem. Exit FrameMaker and close/save your files and then open them again and generate the PDF.
