Updating Text Associated with Bullet—Duplicate Post (Locked)

We are trying to Update Style for all cross-references, including those next to a bullet.

At first the hyperlink shows up as our default text:

We want to change the font to be blue and underlined each time we create a cross-reference, without changing the default text or bullet:

This appears to duplicate the question you asked here: How to adjust bullet text, but not bullet?​ so locking this thread.

I will note that a typical FrameMaker cross-reference (x-ref) uses a sentence like "For more information, see xxx on page x." or even just "see page x". You may want to explore linking to named destinations for whatever you have going on here.
