ドキュメントを読み込み中のあと必ずクラッシュする。

ドキュメントを読み込み中のあと、必ずクラッシュします。デバイスはsurface pro7 intel core i7 メモリ16GB です。

再インストールや、再起動もしましたが改善しません。

なお、80回ほど起動をチャレンジし、5回ほどはクラッシュせず起動することもできました。しかし、ほとんどクラッシュします。なにか原因はありますか？

Have you checked the system requirements?
Make sure everything is up to date, not just the Fresco App.

• Share logs via Log collector tool (https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html).
• Are you using any antivirus program from Trend Micro. If yes, could you please try disabling it and see if the crash goes away.
