Ability to adjust the texture size (scale)

I love Fresco, which replaced Procreate in a single day. 

One thing I thought would be really cool is the ability to adjust the scale of the texture for some of the pixel brushes like pencil, pastel, etc. Now sure if there already is a way to do it, if so, please let me know.

Have you looked at Brush Settings once you've selected a brush?

There's an icon at the bottom of the toolbar with all the brush options, it looks like sliders and a brush.
tap into that and see if you can do what you're hoping for. You can definitely make a lot of changes to the way a brush stroke works through the Brush Settings panel.
