Adobe Fresco can’t connect to adobe servers (iPad)

I’ve only had Fresco for a few days, so my apologies for not knowing where everything in the app is just yet. A day after I upgraded to the premium version I can’t export any of my projects in high quality. I get a message saying the app can’t connect to the adobe servers. My internet is working fine and I’ve also tried switching to 4G data, same issue. Is this an issue others are having? Can I do anything on my end to fix it?

I believe the trouble you're having with Fresco is related to this one: https://community.adobe.com/t5/Fresco/Fresco-Premium-Not-Working-on-iPad-OS-13-2/td-p/10706166 I've been told that a fix for the issue was submitted at midnight last night so please let me know if you're still having the same problem.  Sue.
