Adobe Fresco erased all my work after asking me to sign back into the app.

Using Adobe Fresco version 2.79 

I haven't used the app in a couple of days, I opened it up today and was asked by a pop up to sign back into my account. 

After I did, all my work is gone. I also checked the cloud documents to make sure they did not end up. Nothing is there. 

 

Can someone please guide on how can I retrieve my months work of work?

Is it possible that you were signed in with a different account previously?

In this instance I would contact the developers directly, which you can do via the App Settings > Help > Report a Bug option. This will open up an email and include some of your systems details. These details are possibly not necessary in this instance but always the best way to contact directly.
