Hi I saw numbers of people complaining about it with "1 one correct answer" that wasnt one cause it dosen't work in the end so I don't understand why you would even call that a correct answer stop lying I'm angry now it's been about 3 month now I still can't use the software but I still pay for it the hell I'm a student I need to spend my money carefully but for now I'm paying for a service that doesn't even work and no one is able to resolve that. I need to draw tons of things to explain quickly my projects in conception and I consider it should be a priority for adobe to consider his clients at least more than that and provide us some more infos because for 3 month straight we got one update that was supposed to resolve it but in the end didn't worked out im on windows 11 got directX 12.1 all my graphics pilots are up to date i uninstalled clear he cache file installed back multiple time synced all my document in the cloud all that three or four times to make shure I didnt made a mistake on my side I already sent multiple error report useless should we ask a refund or some thing idk what to say but it's working for taking my money at least!
I'll explain quickly if you think it's needed
I open fresco I choose a document or create a new one it doesn't matter cause at the end of the loading windows the software will crash and that no matter the document 😉 have fun i shure have

Well guys i think you got all the infos you need to solve this issue i have reviewed lots of similar post (about 30) where u constantly ask for log dxdiag and that since v1.4.0 (2020) we are now on v5.0.0(2023) and you are still strugling facing the same issue ur so lost in what you're doing lets face it you are unable to fix this once and for all this software isnt reliable you have no excuses for being that incompetant at the prices you request plus no feedbacks but wait we have new pencil thats great another update we cant use one of your devs already got that problem on his machine it is certain at this point the frequency of this problem is too high u understand what that means yes. Good bye Adobe Fresco Im gonna let the world know about this story what some rats shame on you

We understand how frustrating crashes can be. Would you mind sharing more details, like the OS/Fresco version and the device make/model, so we can investigate this further?
Also, kindly share the crash report so that we can investigate this further. For iOS:
For Windows, use the Crash Reporter to submit the Crash Report, and use the same email as the one in the community while submitting so we can quickly locate it.
