Hi,
I'm reposting this as my previous post didn't get any response. The original post is from January 29:
Basically, Adobe logged me out of my account on my iPad, and when I logged in again all my files were gone.
Fortunately, I wasn't using Fresco for work, but I'm very disappointed. If Fresco lost all my files, how am I going to trust it anymore? I'll have to save all my Adobe files on my PC and never going to trust the cloud save. Can I recover my Fresco files? Is this going to be fixed? I see this is a common issue.
