I've wanted to try Fresco so I installed it yesterday but shuts down with no message when "loading document" just after launch.
Fresco is installed in the "programFile>windowsApp" folder unlike Photoshop and such which are in the "programFile>Adobe" folder. Don't know if this could be a problem.
Already tried :
Reload Adobe creativ cloud
Deconnect/Reconnect on Adobe creativ cloud
Updated my windows
Install an older version of Fresco
Checked my Surface memory and the minimum requiredments are fulfilled
I tried following the steps with the log collector but no file is created on my desktop, instead I have the following message
It happens every time I try to re-run. I run it as administator.
And in my windows log this error show up when failing to open fresco :

Yeap, that's were I initially posted my message since I had the same issue (as I told at the end of this thread)
have you got it to work it yet? i am also wantint to try out fresco
