Artwork vanished

I have been using fresco for the past two hours and my entire work has vanished... while I was using it.. it froze and then was gone. is there a way to recover?

Does the document still exist? If it does please share it with me. Here's how to do that:

Sign in with your Adobe ID to https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents

Then tap on the ellipsis icon (...) under the drawing you want to share

From the pop-up menu choose Share

In the next pop-up window make sure both toggles are ON

Copy the link that's in the window and email it to me at frescohelp@adobe.com (please do not post the link here).

1. Name of device (model).

2. Version of OS.

3. Has it happened with just 1 specific file or multiple?

3. Just this one file. I exported the time lapse of the file and it goes from my drawing to blank at the end.
