Can i still convert Sketch files to Fresco?

I have some old Sketch files That i would like to convert but i can't seem to access any of the ways it says to convert them.  is this still possible?

I know this isn't the ideal answer, but what I ended up doing was download each layer then upload into a new Fresco file. I'm not sure if you can still send it through the Cloud.
