Can I use Fresco with a touchscreen graphics tablet that does not have a screen?

Hello, can I use Fresco with a touchscreen graphics tablet that does not have a screen? 
I cannot move the canvas up or down, I can only zoom in or out.

/ Bonjour, puis-je utiliser Fresco avec une tablette graphique tactile qui ne possède pas d'écran?
Je ne parviens pas à diriger le caneva vers le haut ou le bas mais seulement à zoomer en avant ou en arrière.
