Cannot download brushes with CC subscription

I have a Photography CC plan In my Adobe account, it says Fresco is included, but when I install it, it seems to only be the free version. I cannot access certain brushes and can't load more. I keep getting the message about needing to upgrade.

Is Fresco not actually included in the Photography plan?

Simplement, ajoutez les pinceaux que vous souhaitez dans la bibliothèque Adobe depuis PS....Vous les retrouverez dans Fresco dès que le synchronisation sera terminée.
