In Fresco there is a circle that appears to be a tool of some sort that automatically pops up in the middle of the page. It appears to make whatever it's over when I click it more transparent/light. I can move it but I cannot get rid of it as far as I can tell. What is this and is there a way to hide the tool?

The circle is the touch shortcut. It can be moved anywhere on the screen. Here's a short tutorial explaining how to use it. https://youtu.be/Apvhn76ICzI

Can you do a screenshot, so far it sounds like it could be the eye-dropper tool or the shape tool based on your description.

Thanks for adding the image. Made it much easier to know which circle you were referring to. As Theresa J said it's the touch shortcut.
