Hi,

I downloaded fresco and have been using it for about a month now. But I'm unable to download the most recent update on my Surface Pro 7 due to not having enough RAM. Is there a way around that? Or does anyone know if adobe is looking into changing that? Any help or advice with this is apperciated! Thank you in advance!

Hi Carlie.

Unfortunately, Fresco is  no longer supported on  devices with 4GB of RAM (including the version you've been trying to install).

I'm sorry.

Sue.
