Disappearing Files

Hello

I'm using Fresco on my iPad Pro, running iPad OS 16.7.4.
Here's my problem. Fresco isn't autosaving my files. It keeps 20 'recent' documents on the Home Screen, but if I create another document and the twentieth of these recents gets pushed off the screen, it just seems to vanish.
If I open 'your files' there are a bunch of random files in there but nothing that's been created in the last six weeks or so. So where are they?

I'm hoping there's an easy answer so you can all tell me what an idiot I am, but I'd very much welcome your advice.
Thank you in advance.

Hi AM

I had already read that page.

But I did a little more hunting … I opened ‘Your files’ then I opened a folder marked ‘Adobe Draw’ dated 12/30/21. In there I noticed a folder marked ‘Project 61’ and dated 1/26/24 … the files are in there. What are they doing there? I don’t regard this problem as solved, because there’s no logic to the files being there, and there’s no guarantee that they won’t just disappear again …

Thanks for your continuing help ...

Hello @Robert35088098yq07,

Thank you for providing additional information. It's peculiar that the files are ending up in a seemingly unrelated folder. To further investigate and resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

  • Confirm that all your files are available on the Adobe Creative Cloud Assets website: https://adobe.ly/47XU1lp

  • If all the files are stored on the Assets website, try reinstalling the Fresco app on your iPad.

  • After reinstalling, ensure you sign in using the Apple account associated with the Creative Cloud.

  • Open Fresco and check if the issue persists. Create a new document and observe if it's saved and accessible.

Let us know how it goes.

Best,

Anshul Saini
