Fail to download brushes

I have recently upgraded my adobe fresco subscription plan, but sadly, still cannot have access to Kyle T. Webster's photoshop brushes. What can I do about it?

Please message me through  Fresco's Report A Bug link so I can help figure out why, after upgrading,  you're not able to access all of Fresco's features. (Tap the gear icon in the upper nave of  the Home screen then App Settings > Help > Support > Report A Bug.)

Hi Sue, i wish I could but it doesn't work. There is a dialog pop up window which says that the email or account fails to connect.

Have you set up a mail account on your  device using iOS's Mail app?
