[Feature Request] Fresco on Windows - Load on selection

Hey there! I'm using fresco on my surface laptop, and I'm unable to see the "load on selection" option for a layer. Is it only available for fresco on Ipad?

"Load as Selection" is not available on the Windows Desktop version so it would appear this option is only available for the iPad version at this stage.
