Fresco 4.4 - Crash on launch on Windows

Nach dem aktuellen Update auf v4.40 startet Fresco zwar, aber dann wird ein Absturzbericht angezeigt: Die Fresco-Applikation wurde bei der letzten Ausführung unerwartet beendet. Das Fenster ist kurz zu sehen und schließt sich dann mit dem Rest des Programms. Screenshot in der Anlage. Hat jemand eine Idee, was ich da machen kann. Den Absturzbericht einreichen kann ich nicht dafür ist das Pop-up zu kurz auf dem Schirm. Vielen Dank.

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience crashes. Would you mind running Fresco under a different administrator account (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-a-local-user-or-administrator-account-in-windows-...) and checking if it helps?

 

Also, kindly check if all of your work is synced online (https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents). If yes, please try resetting Fresco (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/repair-apps-and-programs-in-windows-e90eefe4-d0a2-7c1b-d...) and share your observations.

I have this problem too. I took the steps you wrote about. Nothing helped. How to add a file .zxp? The form says that this type of files is not supported.

Bei mir ist das gleich Problem. Irgendwie scheint es keine Lösung zu geben. Ich habe alle Lösungsangebote durch. Erfolglos. Das ist ärgerlich, weil man am Ende viel Geld für etwas bezahlt, das man nicht nutzen kann.

Hallo,

 

ich nutze die Version 5.5.0 unter Windows 11 und habe das gleiche Problem. Scheint, als hätte Adobe das Problem seit einer Vielzahl von Versionen nicht in den Griff bekommen?

Sobald ein Pinsel/Werkzeug ausgewählt wird, schließt die App einfach. Das war die erste Woche, in der ich sie genutzt habe, nicht so. Kann es sein, dass in Photoshop hochgeladene Pinsel in Adobe für alle Programme zur Verfügung gestellt werden, aber nicht für Fresco kompatibel sind? Und dass dies den Absturz auslöst?

So ist das Programm auf jeden Fall völlig unbrauchbar.

It's not a specific brush. The program crashes as soon as I open the brush selection. 

 

Processor: i5-1135G7 2.40 GHz

RAM 8 GB

GPU Intel Iris Xe.

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Packages\Adobe.Fresco<app id>\AC\Dumps
