Fresco always crashes when loading documents

whenever i try to make or open an new document fresco will always crash. ive tried a few fixes but none have worked. i use an laptop with windows 11. on my old computer fresco would work but not on this one

I've had a few issues as well using Fresco on a Desktop (none on iPad!). Does your laptop have 2 GPUs? I found that by dedicating one, the NVIDIA GPU, to Fresco fixed a lot of issues I was having.  You can do it by opening the NVIDIA controls app, make sure to adjust 3d rendering to conform to your RAM (with 16GB you don't want to push this so go for a lower setting). There should be a dropdown to pick a program. Pick Fresco and tick the option to give NVIDIA preference when running the app.

Note: if that doesn't work make sure ray tracing capabilities are turned on. Try different combos of  GPU and ray tracing. Let me know if any of this works.
