Currently, my co-worker and I are using Adobe Teams (two different user accounts) since we both use the CC apps for various work-related things. However, I also use apps like Fresco, PS, etc for personal artwork.
I started using Fresco not long ago for personal digital artwork, and I was told by my co-worker that they could see the Fresco files show up in their Photoshop "recent files". I know it does this for my Photoshop, but since we have different users we log in with, why would it show up under my co-worker's recent files?
Does this have something to do with being under Adobe Teams? If so, is there a way to stop this from happening?

Hi Clint,
The only way to stop his from happening is to have a different Adobe account with a valid subscrtiption hat is not part of the Team, and to be signed in with that Adobe ID when you do your personal work in Fresco.
Fresco stores all documents in the Adobe cloud, and because it shares file type with Photoshop (.psdc) the files will show up in both Photoshop and Fresco as recent files for anyone that is part of the same team.

Hi,
I am facing this same issue, is there a way to create 'sub' teams in the admin console so files would only be sahred automatically with specified users?
It's a bit of a problem if you are working on a draft but only want to share it with the whole team when it is ready for feedback etc
Thnaks
