looking at what the system requirements to run fresco on my desktop it seems i should be able to yet i get compatibility warnings and cannot download it. and yes all drivers and OS are up to date

here is what i am running on my desktop:
Dell Precision tower 7910
windows 10 Pro v.21H1 - windows experience: 120.2212.3530.0
128 GB RAM
(dual) intel Xeon CPU E5-2667 v4 @ 3.20GHz
(dual) Nvidia Quardo K1200

yet i can run it on my Wacom mobile studio pro tablet with no issues:
windows 10 Pro v.21H1 - windows experience: 120.2212.3530.0
16 GB RAM
intel i7-6567U @ 3.30GHz
intel iris graphics 550

it doesn't make any sense since my desktop is much more powerful than the wacom in so many areas and it's very frustrating as i love using it on my tablet but i want to be able to also use it on my desktop as well and work between the two devices seamlessly

Have you checked this and made sure it was compatible? https://helpx.adobe.com/fresco/system-requirements.html

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about your trouble. I request you open the Task Manager, go to Performance > GPU > and check the DirectX version. If it is 12.1, then Adobe Fresco will run. Otherwise, it will not run as your GPU is not compatible with Adobe Fresco.
