Fresco fails to launch

Fresco crashes at load screen automatically. No crash reports pop up, no error. It just auto-shuts down and I can't access the program I am paying for.

Other programs, including photoshop load just fine, but Fresco does not, and that is the one I want to use. What is causing it, and how can I fix it?

Are you on an iOS or Win10 system?

Check the System Requirements page to see if you have what is needed for it to run properly.

Also,  what model device are you using and how much storage do you have?  Is the storage close to maxing out?

Alienware Aurora R9, 15.8 GB usable ram, 155 GB storage space still liberated

Using windows 10, meets requirements. It occurs once in a while, usually rebooting my entire system makes it start working, but sometimes I have to struggle with it
