Nobody is happy with the removal of Adobe Draw, why don't you listen to people? put Adobe Draw back in the store, Fresco is not and will not be Draw, I've been seeing people complain for 1 year or more. ADOBE DRAW IS BACK NOW!

Have you tried Ilustrator for iPad, it is a Vector app, much closer in my opinion to what Draw was.
I agree Fresco is nothing like Draw, and I hope it stays that way.
