Fresco for iphone brushes vanished

I use Adobe Fresco on my iphone every day. Suddenly, all of my downloaded pixel brushes have vanished (all of the Kyle brushes, etc). There are spots in my "favorites" where some of them were, but it's just the name and is otherwise blank. When I go to "add brushes" the brush packs all have the option to download, as if I never had them installed.

In addition, and even more troubling, I have been using a vector brush that I'd altered the settings on so it was customized. I've been using it for probably 6 months, it's always been there in my customized form every time I reopen my file. Now it's gone, or essentially "reset" to the brush's default, even though it's still in my favorites. I've been trying to recreate it and I swear it's impossible to get the vector brushes to do what they did before. I'm halfway through an art piece I've been working on for over a year, and lacking this custom brush is making it impossible to finish it with consistency.

I don't know what happened or what to do.

Hello @Carabou Soandso,

 

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. It could be possible that you logged in with a different account. Would you mind trying to log out and then logging back in using the Social Sign-In options (Facebook/Google etc) and checking if it helps?

Thank you. I only have one account and one method of logging in. However I have tried logging out and in again just in case, and it did not remedy the situation.
