Fresco for Windows 10 Creative Cloud All Apps for K-12

Is Fresco available for CC All Apps K-12? I see it listed in the CC app under Mobile, but not under the desktop section.

It should be listed. There might be differences for Teams, Enterprise or Education accounts. I'm not entirely sure about this.
The main thing I think you need to look at is system requirements.

It's definitely not listed. All my machines meet the system requirements listed for Windows 10. The specific model I'm working with right now is an HP Elitebook x360 G4.
