Fresco freezes or crashes with creating a new/ empty mask

Hi,

does anyone know help for this?

I have this situation this evening now very steadily... as soon as I want to create an empty mask, my Fresco Froze the frist time... every next time it crashes and closes by itself. It is a pixel layer.

I have had this situation now about 10 times. Did restart my PC several times. Nothing helps.

Any hints for me?

I've got the exact same issue. Every time i tried ti use mask with Fresco (on a surface pro), it just crash.

Hi, 

I'm having the same problem... I's not only when using a mask, it happens randomly every 5 minutes.
I'm using a brand new Surfuace Pro 8 (i7 - 16 GB RAM - 256 GB).
I must say it's quite disappointing... Hopefully someone at Adobe can help us out with that issue.

it is really disappointing, Adobe doesn´t answer at all. Nu support after 3 weeks and the error just exists.

I also got that problem this evening. Was motivated to start again with Fresco...now I am again thinking of cancelling my Adobe Abo...🤷‍:female_sign:
