Fresco no longer work

Hello,

Fresco is no longer working for me.


I am working on an animation file that takes very long minutes to open (2 to 5 minutes!) and refuses to save.

I have tried to save it about ten times. I wait for long minutes but Fresco is stuck.

I have uninstalled Fresco from my iPad several times. It's still the same problem.

I tried Fresco from my computer and managed to save the file after 10 minutes of waiting!

But I can't save my file from my iPad.

I have been repeating the operations for several hours.

Should I start my work from scratch?

Could you please provide me with a solution? I pay to use software that works.
