Fresco on Windows - Crash on Launch

When opening Fresco the app splash screen is white for a few seconds then closes and the app never opens. I've reinstalled it many times and different versions and still the same issue. Everything is up to date, latest gfx drivers..etc So i'm not sure what's the issue here, all my other adobe programs open and work normally.

We understand that technical issues can be frustrating. I hope the problem is resolved by now. If not, would you mind running Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows / macOS) and checking if it helps? Also, try installing an older version of Fresco (https://adobe.ly/45ySVwQ) and share your observations.

Hi @Anubhav M, thanks for reaching out! 

So i've tried installing all versions of Fresco and still nothing. Very strange as all other adobe apps work perfectly fine. It seems to only be Fresco that has this issue. I've uninstalled, deleted all files and reinstalled each version mulitple times and still the program does not open.
