Fresco stuck on "loading documents" on surface pro 7

Hello,

 

I have just installed Fresco on my surface pro 7, but when I lunch the app, it stuck on "loading documents" forever. I have tried reinstalling Fresco, restarting the device and adobe creative suite, but nothing worked. Could you please help me to figure the issue out?
