Fresco Vector layers importing as bitmap

After creating an image completely as a vector file in Fresco and then importing as a pdf into illustrator, some layers

are bitmap, in fact most of them are?? Anyone have some suggestions?

Last I knew Fresco Vector converts to shapes when opened in Illustrator. Are you seeing lots of anchor points all around your shapes or are you seeing pixels? Can you upload an image of the results when opened in Illustrator.
