I am unable to open Fresco on my PC. It constantly gives me a message that it has crashed, and asked if I want to send a report. I have unistalled and reinstalled several times.

Have you been able to use Fresco in the past? Or is this the first time you've tried to install the app?
There are a number of users who have had trouble with the recent versions.
The standard response from Adobe, if it is the same problem can be found on this thread.
