GB Upgrade

So I just subscribe to the $9.99 upgrade so that I would have more cloud storage. Before I deleted all of my files and for some reason it doesn't say that I have gained the 100GB that come with the upgrade? I can see that I am subscribed and under my account, but then it says I only have 1.2 GB? Please help
