I hadn't used Fresco in a while. When I went to use it, I had to sign in which I did no problem, and all my documents are gone. I thought maybe I had to pay for the cloud to access them, which I did, but still no documents. I feel sick over this...please help.

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Your cloud storage is limited to 5 GB with the free, starter plan. Would you mind checking if you might have used a different account to save your work by signing out and signing in with a different email address or using the social sign-in options (Facebook/Google/etc.) to check if it helps? Also, kindly check if your work is available online at the Cloud Documents portal (https://adobe.ly/3SQ5YVF).
