How do I get brushes on computer?

Sorry for vague title, i wasn't sure what to name this.

I recently got a brand new drawing tablet for Christmas and with it got free fresco, i was interested in some brushes that are only available for fresco/photoshop that i could export to my usual drawing program, but my computer is incompatible with fresco and won't let me buy photoshop by itself. I was able to download said brushes I wanted on the mobile app, but i'm not sure how I can download them on computer if it's possible.
