Was it done in Fresco, Illustrator, Photoshop or somewhere else?

If it was done to Fresco, how do you add this texture which looks like real paper?

Where did you find this example? There might be a description with the original sharing how it was done.

It doesn't look like something that you could create exactly like that in Fresco but you can definitely find paper texture templates and add them as an image layer in Fresco.
