I'm trying to animate some falling squares, but I want each one to fall at a specific time. Is there a way to do that in fresco or will I need to take it over to after effects or something?

You should be able to add frames to extend time before something starts.

Fresco animation is still in the early development stages, so they might make it easier at some point.
