I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Fresco forum so that proper help can be offered.

From the Home screen, just tap on "Custom Size." In the dialog box, you can change the pixel dimensions and the DPI to whatever you wish (within the limits of what is supported, of course). Additionally, you can check "Save this size" so it will be available as a template on your home screen from now on.

So for example if I wanted to create a printable canvas 40x40 inches or 60x60 what would the settings be ?

Just switch the thing saying pixels to inches and set the height and width to what you wanted.  Though depending on the DPI you're wanting to use,  I don't think you'd be able to do one at 40x40 inches or 60x60
