I had to resign up after only logging out, and now everything is gone.

So I logged out of my personal account, and I tried to log back in to upload one of my recently finished drawings, and suddenly I had to resign up my email account. I know I did not delete that account, but I decided to go through with it and hope it regiestered my email, but now I'm on a clean slate. Where did all my drawings go? I logged out, tried to log in, and it said my account wasn't existing. it forced me to resign up, after I had literally just logged out, again, didn't delete it, I think i'd remember doing so, and now nothing is there when I re-made my account and I cannot retrieve my old drawings anywhere. There isn't a solution anywhere on your websites, please help.

I logged out, it deleted my stuff, maybe my entire account, had me re-log in after it said repeatedly that my account didn't exist, and now I can't get anything back.

Hello @Carly303804179k2z,

We understand how frustrating it can be to lose files. Would you mind trying to log out and log in using a different email address / signing in as an Enterprise account to check if your files are saved under that account?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Anubhav
